When you contact OneToOneFit, we may process contact information such as your name, phone number, email address, and the information you choose to provide in your messages.

If you communicate with us through WhatsApp, we may receive WhatsApp message content, phone numbers, message IDs, timestamps, delivery or status information, and related messaging metadata through the WhatsApp Business API.

How we use information

We use this information to communicate with customers, respond to inquiries, manage leads and service requests, maintain conversation records, and improve our services and customer support.

We may also use automated systems to support internal content and communication workflows. We do not sell personal information.

WhatsApp and Meta

WhatsApp communications are processed through Meta and WhatsApp as the messaging provider. Their systems may process messages and related metadata according to their applicable terms and privacy practices. We may also use service providers that help us securely operate our systems, subject to appropriate confidentiality and data-protection obligations.

Security and retention

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or loss. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, to maintain business records, resolve disputes, protect our services, or meet legal obligations. Information is then deleted or anonymized when appropriate.

Access and deletion requests

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information associated with you by emailing us. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request, and some information may be retained where required by law or for legitimate security and recordkeeping purposes.
